Gwydir Construction are fully licensed and insured to provide you with a Building Report that is extensive and will cover all the areas of the home. The following list gives you an idea of what our building report covers:

• A description of any building defects, structural problems or illegal items
• Individual sections detailing current or potential problems to the:
• External of the property
• Roof Gutters and Down pipes
• Interior Roof (framing and insulation)
• Interior (ceilings, walls, windows, doors, floors)
• Kitchen (fixtures, tiles, sinks, taps)
• Bathrooms (fixtures, tiles, taps)
• Laundry (tubs, taps, tiles)
• Exterior walls, windows, stairs, decks, pergolas, verandahs Balconies, awnings etc
• Sub floor
• Footings
• Garaging
• Out-buildings (sheds, studios etc)
• Site (driveway, fences, gates, paths, drainage)
• Services (water lines and pressure, hot water service etc)
• Photos also available by request

Our Building Reports start from the low price of $300, a small price to pay to ensure one of the biggest investments in your lifetime will be the correct one.
